All bookings need to be confirmed via the website asap, until this is received there is a possibility that the date you have not confirmed could be booked by another hirer. As soon as the confirmation of booking is received the website will not allow another hirer book that date
All hire fees must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of hire, an invoice will be emailed to you, on this it will advise how a payment should be made
.A £150.00 refundable deposit is payable when confirming the booking, this will be refunded if the conditions of hire are complied with.
This does not apply to regular hirers that are invoiced at the end of every month
